This one comes from the hills of Copan in western Honduras, grown by a co-op of small farmers who have been working together since 2012. Their farms sit up between 1,200 and 1,700 metres above sea level, where cooler temps and rich soil make for great growing conditions. It’s all certified organic, and you can taste the care that goes into it.
The flavour’s clean and balanced—think brown sugar, nougat, citrus, red apple, roasted almond, and a little cocoa on the finish. Medium body, gentle acidity. Easy to drink, whether you're brewing a filter or pulling a shot.
It’s not flashy, just a really solid coffee with a great backstory. Grown with care, roasted for everyday drinking.
